acv99 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the acv99 platform and all of its services. "acv99", "we", "us" or "platform" refers to the acv99 online gaming platform. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered visitor.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or playing any game on acv99, you become legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 Age Restriction

You must be at least 21 years of age to use acv99's services. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify your age and may request proof of identity at any time. If it is established that a user is under 21, the relevant account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.3 Changes to the Terms

acv99 reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

To create an account on acv99, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must provide genuine and accurate personal information.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
• The mobile number used to register the account must be your own.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, unless you can demonstrate that unauthorised access has occurred.

acv99 will never ask for your password or full payment details via email or chat.

2.3 Identity Verification

acv99 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. For verification, we may request a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. If false information is provided, the account will be permanently closed.

3.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on acv99: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Your account verification must be complete at the time of withdrawal.

• All bonus requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be suspended or cancelled in cases of suspicious activity.
• The same transaction may not be submitted more than once.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on acv99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted directly. Users are solely responsible for any transactions made from outside Bangladesh.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

acv99 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. This bonus can only be received once and will be credited automatically alongside the first deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied to the bonus amount only (not to the deposit plus bonus combined). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is completed.
• After accepting a bonus, a user may hold only one active bonus at a time.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

acv99 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Using risk-free betting strategies to meet bonus requirements.
• Using third-party payment methods to claim a bonus.

If abuse is established, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

acv99 is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency across all games. All our games are supplied by verified software providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others. Game outcomes are determined entirely at random using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using any software, bots or automated systems.
• Exploiting any game error or bug to earn money.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against the platform.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or server issue, acv99 will attempt to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the bet for that round will be refunded. Claims for winnings resulting from a technical error are not valid.

6.1 VIP Tiers

acv99's VIP program has three tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

The method for determining VIP tier and the exact cashback calculation are governed by platform policy and are subject to change.

6.2 Cashback Distribution

Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. Cashback is added directly to the playing balance and carries no additional wagering requirements. acv99 reserves the right to change the cashback rate at any time.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

• The ability to set deposit limits.

• Breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Provision of false information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• At the user's own request.
